I have been on 3 sets of meds at 10 days each this year. Do think 30 days continuous would be better, as it can rear its ugly head again. Not eating fresh Organo leaves which do feel like they burn your mouth, preabotics and priobotics and live yogurt. I had candidiasis very severely, even caused tachycardia (too fast heart beat), severe pain, only sleeping 2 hours nightly. Meant I got sleep, pain went as did tachycardia. Prior to that I thought I had severe IBS as had all the normal symptoms too. No alcohol, mushrooms, marmite, as they feed it and can cause yet more pain. Try and limit sugar intake, which it makes you crave.

I tried Constella for two weeks and had permanent diareaha as opposed to permanent constipation previously .so decided not to continue with it. Use daily linseed and magnesium as required now and that keeps things moving ,more or less .keep the Constella as a last resort if all else fails . Probably not what doc would approve of but it works for me

Hi Huston Thanks for reply Did you take I the Constella away from food espec fatty food? I find it works if I do so try it 1/2 or longer before.

Flluconazole is ok to take I have taken it before and it was fine. Is it one tablet a day or is it a pessary? The tablet if it's one a day but you should be able to just take a one off dose of one tablet unless you have a serous infection you should just need a one off dose as that is what most people get. But it's ok I have I.b.s

Do you know if there is a link between IBS and thrush then? I feel an absolute wreck at the moment. I am suffering the symptoms of IBS, I have Rosacea and have thrush for the first time in my life. I am having at least 10 flushes a day which Im not sure if they are Rosacea or menopause related- but the effect is the same- my face especially my nose is red and swollen. Hope thrush is not going to be something else I can look forward to on a regular basis.
