Hi guys,

I am a newly diagnosed IBS patient and the doctor advised me to follow a low FODMAP diet. Is there a cook book that people recommend?

Hi Chrissie, I would recommend you to buy both Patsy Katsos' and Susan Shepherd books. Patsy Katsos' is my favorite by far, very easy to follow. Also she responds to all the doubts you might have in advance. They both have a few recipes. I would recommend you to stick to simple meals such as grilled meats, fish, eggs, allowed veggies, allowed grains and milks esp. when still on the elimination phase. Hope it helps, Marta
