Has anyone been diagnosed with small vessel disease? I have suffered achy arms, especially when walking in the cold only occasionally.

Brain MRI done 6 yrs. ago. Technician reported either MS or SVD. Had MS symptoms in my 20's (now in my 70's). Specialist at Cleveland Clinic said benign MS. Have had no other MS symptoms or SVD symptoms until recently. Stress test & echocardiogram negative, but dr. says could be angina from SVD. Suggested trial of antacid & nitro, but haven't had an opportunity to try the nitro, as symptoms subside before I get back from my walk. Should I submit to vascular testing?
