Just wondered if anyone had used symprove? Apparently it has had very good results for some people with IBS.

There are many people on here who report good results from Symprove ... and an equal number who don't benefit at all - I'm one of the latter. Best advice is to give it a go, we're all different and it may do the trick, at least in part, for you.

I have been taking Symprove for nearly a year now and with good results. I am taking a maintenance dose daily at the moment to see if my symptoms can cope with it as it is not cheap to buy and it is recommended that a maintenance dose can be just as effective after taking it for about 3-6 months. I think it will take a few weeks to kick in but anything is worth a try. I think Nirvana Health are cheapest at the moment:

Thanks for getting back to me. So glad you've had good results. I've just started and happened to go out for a meal last night with my son and my innards seemed much more settled than normal!! Just wondering if it could be having an effect already or is that placebo effect?!!!

Your never know!!! I did notice a difference after a couple of weeks. Anyway good luck and I hope it works for you. Let me know how you get on!!
