Much of what the gp and consultant have suggested over the years have only made my symptoms worse and the improvements have only come from reading this site. So I'm asking if anyone has any experience of bio training and did you find it useful?

It's a sensor to help train the bowel. It's inserted into the rear and then the muscles are excersised by pushing and pulling for 20 minutes twice a day to ensure that the bowel is working. Apparently people find it improves symptoms.
