Yes grade 7 stool and I cannot leave for maybe 30 minutes. As soon as I lie down something happens to bowel and I am up again. Tried food elimination. Lopermide melts is what I am trying. I had an episode last night works quicker than capsules.

I've suffered from this for quite a few years, which had gotten worse in the last few months to the point it was happening nearly once a week. I'm on a strict diet and have had no episodes since

I'm pretty sure I have a specific food allergy. Not sure what yet, its early days.

I have had it for over two weeks now. Tried some flax seeds yesterday and at least slept untill 6 15 this morning. Thank you all for your replies.

Flax seeds? What do you do with them I haven't heard of them?

I take ground flaxseed. I think you may be better looking up on computor about them.but they are suppose to have proteins, vitamins, minerals dietary fibre and lots more.
