Have tried them but don't think they are as effective as generic loperamide hydrochloride capsules. I try not to waste money on branded medicines when the generic equivalent is just as good. Imodium Melts are handy to carry in your pocket or purse for emergencies though.

I carry these with me everywhere; they're quick to work and much more discreet than taking a tablet with water. They now do them in packs of 12!
