I have been having burning pains and spasms for a few weeks now, I am taking medication prescribed by the doctor, but feel I cannot cope.

How do people cope with IBS on a day to day basis, I have one good day and then back to feeling bad. I have lost weight. Any help please.

What type of IBS do you have, i.e. diarrhoea, constipation or alternating? What medication have you been given?

Have you tried any food elimination diets?
