Has anyone used Symprove or do they have any view on it?

There are some people on this site who seem to have had a good response from Symprove. Personally, it did me no good at all.

Probiotics are still a hit-and-miss affair at the moment and their results depend entirely on a) whether you actually are short of beneficial gut flora and b) if you are, whether you manage to hit on the very probiotic that contains the precise bacteria you need.

I took Symprove for 6 months and it helped me immensely. In fact I am thinking of going back on it. At the moment I am taking another probiotic which I must say is a lot cheaper but you dont have to keep in the fridge and is in capsule form!!! Does anyone have any positive feedback on a GOOD probiotic please?
