had my first hypno session for my anxiety...

and although it helped my anxiety, my anxiety is currently ramped up again due to imminent period, most suprisingly it got rid of the soreness accross my belly button area from - who would have thoght a little relaxation could do that?

If you can't get hypno then i suggest a cd called half hour of peace (or somsthing similar) by suzie mantel...it's nice not having that tenderness right now - shame it don't have that much effect on constipation...:(

I have done buddhist chanting praying to an awesome b.m. but I also had to follow FODMAPS and take dulcolax and exercise. but in combination i saw results. I'm going to a pt for ab pain. she tells me to BREATHE! :D
