Am I imagining things?

Does anyone else get flu like symptoms before your period is due to start? I have a coil but it's not working too well now and so get a few symptoms again now and getting a drs appointment due to covid is nigh on impossible. I have been doing lateral flow and pcr tests to check symptoms recently but all negative though I have felt rubbish for a few days now and then this morning there was blood when I wiped (sorry tmi).. I remember I have felt like this before but always put it down to being unwell and just unlucky but I'm now wondering if the 2 could be connected?

Oh yea absolutely. I don’t think you are imagining anything. If there is a handful of days randomly I feel good that’s about it. Otherwise I’m always feeling lousy.

I feel like I must sound like I'm faking feeling ill as it happens so often. I just wish there was something that would stop me feeling rough most of the time

Believe me I do too, I literally have to force myself to get up and out of bed and get on with the day

Hey lovely, you're definitely not imagining things. I would always find myself feeling really run down, particularly around the time of menstruation and ovulation. I tend to make sure I'm eating well and keeping well hydrated and rest as much as I feel I need to. How are you doing? xx
