Seeking input on new drug for Anaplastic astrocytoma - grade III

G33 YO male patient diagnosed in 2019 with Anaplastic Astrocytoma - Grade III - IDH Mutant.

Tumor size was reduced following treatment.

IVOSIDENIB is being offered against tumor growth.

Anyone familiar with this?
