Is there anyone else out there who has had Germinoma brain tumours and found that they have reduced ovary function? My daughter has been given various diagnoses to explain one shrivelled ovary, but she recovered periods post treatment which only involved radiotherapy (the spinal treatment purposely avoided them!) Having been told she couldn't have children and was going into early menopause that has been changed so say she may be able to harvest eggs! Aged 20, she has no family plans and had got her head around not being able to have biological children. Now she feels 'messed around' and fed up with changing diagnoses and big decisions to make. Any similar experiences?
