In pain

I've been bulimic for many years now. Summer is usually a stressful time for me due to the family visit snd the many "lunch"situations. I've been doing worse lately. But I think I have hurted myself badly. I've a constant pain in my upper abdomen, in the stomach and only goes away if I'm lying down. I'm visiting my family and don't want to panic and say anything but something is wrong. Haven't purged for 4 days now since I'm really scared. Eating things slowly and chewing them well. I don't know what to do :((((

Suggest you need to go to your GP asap - you really need to get checked out immediately to make sure what is causing the pain. If you can be honest about the bulimia that would help them refer you to the right treatment - please don't wait but do get an appointment now.
