Still struggling so very much. Had a shitty appointment with my nutritionist and now just want to quit cut or die. I would never abandon my kids though but the thoughts are definitely there. Still haven’t seen a psychiatrist since my referral in February. Luckily I see my ED therapist on Tuesday.

sorry you had such a bad appointment - hope the therapist can help - EDs are such destructive illnesses - so I do pray that you will soon get the help you need -ABC have a supportive helpline and a call might give you some help.
