Thought I was finally Making some head way, I’ve been very strict with what’s going in, and running a lot doing core work daily too. Stepped on the scales and boom stupid high number. No where near where I was or even a little bit close to where I need to be!

After a week of anxiety building because of a stupid Halloween party yesterday I was hoping to see good numbers. Something to make this past week worth all the control battles.

So annoyed. Back to work tomorrow adter a week off so hopefully I will be able to get back on track.

I have learnt that if I want to recover from my ED I have to let go of the number in the scales. It's just a number, it doesn't say anything about your personality!

It's easier said than done, I know. I'm also still obsessed with how skinny i am or not. However, banning my scales from my bathroom gave me some relief I could let go a little bit of my obsessiveness
