I have had issues regarding my weight for years but more seriously since i got pregnant with my son. In the past 9 years i have been on strict diets, taken diet pills and alot more than recommended, starved myself alot, binged at times and on occasions made myself sick as i felt i had eaten too much and dont want to put on weight. I felt it was getting better, i tend to go through phases with it. It will be ok for ages and then get really bad and then be ok again. Today i made myself sick again for the 1st time in a while. I once went to the doctor about it years ago and was sent to a therapist, i went once and then never went back again because i felt i was ok and could sort it out myself.

Suggest you return to your Doctor - I know from experience its so easy to think you're OK - it will never happen again - then wam - back to square one and the cycle continues. Making yourself sick has physical health issues of its own - all damaging - so please don't wait - get some help asap.
