I know binges are normal in recovery, but come on: whole jar of Nutella, a poptart, pint of halo top sea salt caramel, Hershey's bar, half a box of Oreos, 3-4 rolls, two slices of bread, two graham crackers, and three thin mint cookies. Wtf is wrong with me, it wasn't my body taking over, it just seemed that I wasn't satisfied

Been there - same problem - either starved or ate everything in sight. Recovery is a hard process - are you getting any support - if not suggest you need to see a specialist and get some counselling to help you deal with the issues around this. I also had a dietician who really helped by providing a diet sheet - I then set a meal plan at the start of each week - planned activities or to meet people after meals - and gradually got the structure back into my eating. ABC also have helpful support - so do contact them.
