When to stop?

Hi I'm Maggie. I've been suffering from bulimia for 4 years now. I feel so frustrated! Always thinking about what I've ate, when I can burn it off running or when would be the best time to sneak away to the toilet unnoticed. I've tried couscelling and seen my GP but have not felt the support. Is anyone going through a similar experience who can give me some advice??

Have you tried ABC - they have a helpline (sometimes difficult to get through - but you can email) - and they also offer a befriending service I've found great - they ring you weekly and chat about how things are going - but also look at ways forward and are really supportive. Hope you get the support you need.
