I've been in recovery from an ed for two weeks and I've binged every night. Why!?

Hope you are getting support during your recovery - its vital you have people along side you to give you the help you need as leaving an ED behind is a journey that has its ups and downs. From experience - once I started letting go of the control I had had previously - which was very scary - it was easy to spiral into a binge to get away from the feelings I had around food. It was only by having counselling and talking about the issues that I was able to get things back onto an even keel. ABC have useful advice and a helpline - this might give you some support - they also have befrienders who journey with you.
