Lupron and Zytiga. We all know the sexual health problems with that. I was getting depressed quite badly at times so I started Citalopram a few days ago. It's already helping but I have noticed a bit more ED. Maybe I have to give it some time to see.

Foundation report on liquid biopsy says good results with Olaparib, Zytiga, and Prednisone in a Phase 3 trial. This is the wife and he is 80 now. Appreciate any comments.

The plane bringing my 'enhanced' cells back from Georgia yesterday was delayed an hour and a half, so the wait kind of messed up the afternoon, but if this treatment works like they say it will, i'll have a few extra months' worth of afternoons later on to make up for it. looks like Zytiga and Prednisone

I was getting myself geared up for xtandi or zytiga on top of ADT but now I feel i may not need it and maybe should stay the course? No pain just hot flashes and feeling ok and exercise daily. I want to be proactive!! I think this site is the best broad form of info out there!!

He is stable on Zytiga and prednisone at the moment and feels comfortable with us sending labs from Mexico . We don't want to lose our place on the list here in Phoenix but am wondering if anyone has been getting Lu-177 through the VA in San Diego.

reconJJ, The prednisone, zytiga and the once a month belly shot of Firmigon caused me to not eat or sleep. I got a medical cannabis card and bought six vines of Rick Simpson Oil (RSO). It restored my sleep and gave back my appetite.

He has had radiation three different times, Firmagon, Zytiga and Prednisone. His testosterone is low and his PSA did get as low as 2 but then started rising. It is now 300 but he is only on six month Lupron right now. He is castrate-resistant.

Has anyone had to use rifampin while on Zytiga? Jim has been having recurrent skin staph infections. His PCP is considering rifampin, but UCSF says he'll have to double his Zytiga & prednisone dosage for a month and get two week metabolic panel bloodwork.

I have been getting my Zytiga free from Johnson and Johnson. It is no longer going to be provided for free from Johnson and Johnson. Is there anyone that is getting this drug free from some other source.

Later I was switched to Zytiga (abiraterone acetate) with an injection of lupron every three months.Then I was put on Xtandi with lupron once per month. The Xtandi didn’t lower my PSA, but seemed to have more side effects than the others.

Lupron + Zytiga or Xtandi, no chemo (I've previously not had Xtandi) or 2. Lupron + Lynparza, no chemo (I have BRCA2 mutation) Please share any thoughts and suggestions on the next treatment options. Thank you for your kind consideration!

I’m on lupron and started Zytiga but it impacted my liver so I stopped Zytiga for now until my liver gets better. My next lupron injection is next Tuesday Oct 4.

After a month of VMAT radiation I started on Prednisone 5 mg, Zytiga 1000 mg, and Lupron about 2 months ago. My height at the end of radiation was 73". At my first checkup a month from that my height was down to about 70.5".

PSA now .02 and husband tried Zytiga in past month and went off due to High BP. Onco says no vacation because data does not favor it... but on here I have read otherwise... All input greatly appreciated.

I started Lupron about a month ago and will start Zytiga next week so maybe I’m just being impatient but, man I’m having very real dull pain in my T2 vertebrae where the cancer lit up.

My husband, Mike, seems to be doing great cancer-wise sine switching from zytiga/prednisone to zytiga/dexamethasone (.5) Psa down to <.01and scans appearing clear. He switched in April. However he has been gaining weight 20lbs high on his abdomen and his face has become quite puffy.
