NP Thyroid, Westhroid, WP Thyroid, Thyroid, Thyroid Porcine, NatureThroid

It is much cheaper than Armour, Westhroid and etc...where I found it to be the same as the rest really but struggle to buy it. Thank you in advance for your help.

What are the differences between Nature-Throid, NP Thyroid, and Westhroid Pure? I used to take Nature-Throid and it was great for me until it was reformulated.

I changed to Thyrovanz about May this year because unable to get Westhroid. Had tried Thyrogold for a couple of month's who's advice was that 325 mg would be equal to my 3 grains of Westhroid.

Only when I switched to westhroid did it go away.

Do I admit to self medicating, the ideal end result would be to get a prescription for NDT in this country preferably Efra which I felt very good on, presently I am on NP Thyroid cause I can’t get Westhroid any more.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems getting Westhroid,my usual supplier in USA does not have any & doesn't know when they will get some.I am having to take Thyroid S but not feeling well on it.Would Levo & T3 be a better alternative & if so could someone pm me where to get some.Thanks.

I've been trying to get my private prescription for WP Thyroid and have been told that there isn't any available in any UK pharmacy. I normally get mine from a USA pharmacy and they don't have any either. Does anyone know where I can get some tablets before I run out? I take 2 grains of WP Thyroid daily

Hi, I am currently taking Westhroid which is prescribed by a private doctor. I am however unable to afford to keep seeing the private doctor so I need a source where I can purchase this. I have tried the NHS but they are unwilling to prescribe it for me. I have also been on armour and efra.

Hi guys, I know these are the same but I've swopped over to nature thyroid and I'm getting very bad (aching joints, teary, overwhelmed, lack of concentration). Other changes: my doc stopped my 2mg diazepam for sleep and now on quietipine (seraquel). Could this hinder thyroid absorption? Really not well

I am on 2 grains on westhroid. I have been told that 1 grain =75mcg of thyroxine. I take 1 grain in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Would it make sense to take 1/2 grain plus 1/2 tab of thyrox and then build it up to 1 tab thyrox plus 1 grain westhroid and do it like that?

I could use some advice concerning westhroid. When I started on westhroid it was amazing for 3weeks. My basil was going up to 98.1, my stress level was manageable, and most of all I completely stopped biting my nails! After 3weeks I titration by going up to 11/2 pills of westhroid.

GP now agreed to prescribe NDT either Naturethroid or Westhroid Pure , the Westhroid looks better as fewer fillers , I also react to other foods/chemicals . Wonder if anyone has tried either and has any advice re changing over please .

I used to take Westhroid Pure but it was not helping. I have been dealing with up and down levels for over a year now. My antibodies are going up instead of down so she says I am borderline for Hashimoto's. Does this sound right?

Currently on Westhroid Pure. The problem is, I am on 197.5MG and the doctor says I'm in range but, I have gained 65 lbs. even on a vegetarian diet and under 700 cal. a day. just to maintain my current weight.

Hi, can anyone let me know how and where I can get Westhroid thyroid in the UK, I have been getting this from an international source for years. I have diagnosed under active thyroid and been prescribed Levothyroxine T4 but feel significantly better when I use the full range NDT.

Hi guys, I've been on 3 grains of westhroid for 2 months and had my bloods done last week. I took my last dose on Sat and had the test on Mon. I'm also very ill and have an inner ear infection. The GP said this may have effected my results.
