I don't know much about this test but I hard to redo things multiple times as I was apparently not breathing correctly, I did not fair well on the initial readings however when they lgave me my
ventolin
I improved by 15% but they have still diagnosed me with moderatly severe obstructive airway disease

I Seem To Have 90% Cured Myself After Having Asthma/Eczema From Birth 47yrs Ago. The last 10% I think Is In My Mind.
For years if I didn't feel that reassuring L shape of a
Ventolin
in my pocket I panicked, properly panicked, like turning around and coming home panic no matter where I was.

Advice, Imput, Bronchiecstasis.
This is my main question, because I feel like such a fake, I don't have any mucus problems at present, I'm not really coughing at all, (only when I run, without
ventolin
) and I only have a tiny wheeze, so in scheme of things pretty well.

I am supposed to use
ventolin

Reoccurring chest infections since 2012- any advice and solutions?
I've had 3-4 chest infections per year since then- had one at Christmas 2016, doctor always given the usual: a prescription of amoxicillin and 7 day " rescue" pack of 5mg prednisone,
ventolin
(blue) and Beclometasone Dipropionste (brown) inhalers- cleared it up although not completely this time and then

Is one puff of blue inhaler usually enough for mild symptoms?
I am in desperate need of cutting down my
ventolin
before it makes me any worse from refractory bronchospasms. Is 1 puff of blue enough or must it always be 2?

How do I cure ongoing chest infections?
I manage my asthma on a daily basis with Seretide,
Ventolin
and Montelukast. I graduated in the summer and am now working full time so it is now having a bigger effect on my day-to-day life. I also find it has a major effect on my mood and makes me depressed.

Does it ever get better?
Flovent, symbicort and alvesco and
ventolin
seems to not help that much.my questions are - has anyone struggled a long time to then finally get relief with the right medicine? I am losing hope. Also because I constantly struggle to get the breath I find it impossible not to get anxious.

Asthma suddenly worse after 30 years of being well
I had bad asthma in childhood but it's been well controlled with a preventative inhaler since my teens, with only occasional use of my blue
ventolin
puffer. I'm 51 now and caught a bad cold at the start of December (despite a flu jab in October).

Warning Lush isn't asthma friendly
Put my purchases up in my bedroom and was sitting up in bed and started coughing had to reach for my
ventolin
. Had to remove said purchases from room. Love Lush but the products don't love me.
