Venetoclax ramp up
My mother has advanced CLL and has just begun taking
Venetoclax
. The doctors have decided to accelerate the drug ramp up to take only ten days to get to the 400mg, whilst under medical supervision. I was wondering if anyone had had a similar experience and how well the journey went

Dizziness when getting up too fast or bending over.
I have been pretty inactive the last year due to bad fatigue from the Ibrutinib plus
Venetoclax
trial I’m in. Could this be do to lack of exercise and being out of shape? Any of you ever experience this? It’s kinda scary.

ARQ 531 trial
Hi all, I’ve been on the full dosage of
Venetoclax
since July, but it’s stopped working, so now I’ll be doing a clinical trial if ARQ-531. Is anyone here in this trial, and are you experiencing any side effects? Thanks so much! Mindy

International Prognostic Index Calculator
All the signs suggest that these results may well be much better in the era of FCR, Ibritunib,
Venetoclax
, other agents, and stem cell transplants where needed.

Thoughts on CLL treatment and watch and wait
Sequential treatments Often a treatment flow will go something like FCR, hopefully get a response and wait, then ibrutinib hopefully get a response and wait, then if you get another relapse

Post venetoclax fatigue
Has anyone else stopped
venetoclax
in complete remission and felt fatigue? I took it for 22 months. Two months after stopping I get very tired.

Transplant in sight
Ibruitinib and
Venetoclax
combination is having an amazing impact with WBC now in the normal range at 8.90. Lymphocytes down to 5.90 and once they reach 4.50 or below, my bone marrow will be checked for % of CLL.

Lessons from five years of ibrutinib experience
Or would we be better hitting the illness harder with a combination of specific drugs say ibrutinib plus either rituximab or
venetoclax
so it’s completely wiped our and doesn’t have the chance to evolve and come back.

Has anyone out there tried
Venetoclax
? Any insights or advice? My Oncologist said it can be a little dicey the first 4-6 weeks as compels the release of toxins in my body. Any truth?

Side Effects of Ibrutinib/Venetoclax
Started Ibrutinib 9 months ago and Ventetoclax 6months ago on the Ibrutinib/
Venetoclax
Trial. I guess I am lucky as diarrhea only kicked in 4 months ago while on holiday in Thailand.

I am now in the next phase of the Captivate Imbruvica plus Venetoclax trial. I have been Ramdomized!!!
Ucsd has told me that many people who were on
Venetoclax
have gone at least a year without needing treatment again . Hopefully with the addition of imbruvica there will have even a deeper remission. I will keep you posted!! Be well!, Hoffy

Side Effects of Long Term use of acyclovir when on Ibrutinib+venetoclax
I am on a clinical trial of ibrutinib (for two months) and then adding
venetoclax
until I achieve MRD negative. I started ibrutinib 3 weeks ago and so far doing fine, except some minor side effects.

THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY
I have some recent results I wanted to share with you regarding the clinical trial I'm on with IB and
Venetoclax
. The good news is my numbers look good almost in normal range.

Venetoclax: Shaking CLL Off the Tree
The spectacular early observations on the use of
venetoclax
appear destined to ensure that CLL will itself now inevitably fall from the tangled branches of burdensome lymphoproliferative diseases. http://www.hematology.org/Thehematologist/Years-Best/8178.aspx

Ibrutinib /Venetoclax Follow up
I started Ibrutinib back in October 2017 and started
Venetoclax
in January 2018. There was a ramp up period on the
Venetoclax
for 5 weeks. Started at 50mg to 400mg. I did well on the ramp up and overall I have experienced little side effects. Some muscle and joint pain.
