ROS 1 found in Foundation One liquid biopsy but not their solid biopsy. Anyone had findings in liquid but not solid? Exploring next steps.
There is a medication, entrectinib, a
tyrosine
kinase inhibitor, approved for ROS 1 and apparently well tolerated, that could be considered; possibly other treatments as well.

Hypo with POF, severe hair loss and scalp pain
I’ve had severe hair loss since being diagnosed with Hypo since 2016. I’ve tried various doses and thyroid medicines which include Synthyroid, Nature-throid, Cytomel, and Tirosint. I introduced the last three medicines in mid-2018. Once I started Nature-throid my eyelashes started coming out. I’ve

Update - starting treatment 50mcg Levothyroxine, thank you for your previous advice
I also have a thyroid complex supplement containing B-12, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Molybdenum, L-
Tyrosine
, Ashwaghanda Root, Kelp, Bladderwack powder. When is the best time to take this? Will any of it interact negatively with the Levothyroxine?

Evaluating Test Results Using Tirosint
I had a total Thyroidectomy in 2008 which has been the worst decision of my life. Previously had no serious health problems but anxiety and thyroid goiter. Now have NASH. I see an endocrinologist for my thyroid only. In Feb, Started having stomach issues (first time ever) and malabsorption of Synthroid

Illuminating novel biological aspects and potential new therapeutic approaches for chronic myeloproliferative malignancies
We discuss how alternative therapies could benefit patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who develop BCR‐ABL 1 mutant subclones following ABL 1‐

What could have changed with t3?
I posted before but I think I posted my question wrong. About 8 months ago, Doctor took me from NP thyroid on to tirosint and cytomel (liothyronine). I felt absolutely amazing for the first couple of months. I had energy to do errands, work and get things done. All of a sudden a few months in, I started

Help, not sure what's going on with anxiety
I'm going to try to sum this up. I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. Previously, I was on NP thyroid and low dose Naltrexone. Did not have many problems with anxiety or depression. I had moments but no big deal. I did gain 25 pounds in the last few months on it. Anyways, after that, went

tinnitus and hypothyroidism
Has anybody gotten tinnitus after RAI? Over the years, mine started mildly, disappeared, returned and now it's very loud. I've recently upped my dose of Tirosint from 75 to 88 mcg, thanks to great advice I got here. Is that a cause and it will pass? Could it be due to a vitamin deficiency? Anxiously

Hi all. I have hashimotos. I took eltroxin ( Ireland)for over a year and it was making so irritable (I'm convinced it was the fillers) so I got my endo to give me Tirosint sol. It was great for a few weeks (no irritability) but gave me other bad symptoms such as panic attacks and fast heartbeat etc
