I have hashimoto for 2 years my antibodies test more them 5 times and always anti tpo and anti tg above 1000.

Then in Dec she increased it to 100mcg when my TSH had increased slightly to 3.9 In Feb '19 I requested the TPO antibody test which came back positive at 171. In March I started getting high resting heart rate, had TSH and T4 retested and was overmedicated.

My GP surgery has always been willing to carry out all three tests and my TPO antibody test. They now say I have to pay privately or see an endocrinologist. I assume this is another cutback to save money.

For context, I had a blood test done a few months back which showed significantly elevated TPO antibodies, and had TSH levels tested too.

The Anti-TPO -40, and ANTI-TG is 1409, way out of range. No explanation from doctor, except list of unexceptional food , Vitamin D, and perhaps Selenium. I have occasional arrhythmia, that I am not worry much- it is under control. Any other suggestion.
