What do I do now?
Wondering if some of you wonderful people might offer some advice: Had Paroxysmal AF for five years and on
Tildiem
and Riveroxaban, but became breathless about four months ago - can hardly walk on the flat let alone up hills (and I live in a very hilly place).

30 Years and counting
And I’m on
Tildiem
(Calcium Channel blockers). Had Digoxin for a year and it does help. As you say we often are own best doctors. 🤓

Calcium Channel Blocker
My permanent AF condition has been well controlled over the last 5 years by daily taking of
Tildiem
(200mg) a calcium channel blocker It is highly effective and I am rarely aware of my persistent AF condition Is there any down side to taking this drug over a long period ?

Drug change of Dilzem (Diltiazem ) to Tildiem (Diltiazem ) increasing insomnia ?
I've been taking Dilzem SR capsules for 2 1/2 years and could only tolerate a once daily dose - it seems to me with the change to
Tildiem
that the side effect of sleep disturbance is worse ? Has anyone else had the same experience ? Many thanks from a very sleepy but can't Cathy.

Headaches with Diltiazem/Tildiem
Hi all, I have paroxysmal AF and I've been on 60mg diltiazem twice a day since the new year. I've being having more headaches as a result, but I've noticed recently that they are becoming more severe and lasting longer. The headache I have now has been present since Sunday. It's mainly in the left hemisphere

Red Wine
I've recently changed medication from Bisoprol beta blockers to a drug called
Tildiem
. My episodes of af seem to have increased since but the only factor common appears to be RED WINE. Anyone else? I was OK before change of tablets but didn't like the side effects of bisoporol.

Advice
I am on quite a high dose of both
tildiem
and arythmol, and both past ablations have been unsuccessful. There is a chance it won't work again, and if it does then the chance of it coming back in a few years is quite high. Having this information would you chance a third procedure?
