7 year old daughter poorly AGAIN :(((((((
Yesterday the nurse changed her pump to
seretide
? But I just can't see her improving again anytime soon. She's due back to school Tuesday, she has already missed about 3 weeks since September. Is keeping her in doors the best thing? Out of the cold?? It's so frustrating, I feel so sorry for her.

stepping down ....yeah!
I was originally on montelukast and
seretide
250, 2 puffs twice a day but had reduced this to 1 puff once a day already (had the flexibility built in with the Gp some time ago to allow increase / decrease dependant on symptoms) I've now been advised to stop montelukast, and have started

Switch from seretide to fostair
Hi has anyone on here been switched from
seretide
to fostair. Was told it has finer particles and may work better when I attended a difficult asthma clinic. I have been on
seretide
for at least 15 years and at various dosages highest was 500 mcg 3 puffs am and pm.

inhalers
My problem is, which ones are used in place of the
Seretide
and which ones replace the Spiriva. I have been on these two for five years now and feel that there must be inhalers somewhere which are better.

Thank you
He told me to increase the
seretide
and ventolin and if things get any worse to ring the surgery straight away. Once again thank you all so much, you were a great comfort in the early hours of this morning. God bless Marie.

The Remedies For What Ails Us...circa 1837
Could be the
Seretide
you take doesn't live up to your expectations...maybe you're fed up to the back teeth with being tethered to an oxygen tank...perhaps your Doctor isn't terribly sympathetic...have a think about those people who lived in 1837 who had icy cold water tipped over their nether regions

Consultant Table Tennis!
He explained that because of the beta blockers they are also blocking the
Seretide
so I need to come off them! "But will that not then affect my heart problems" I asked "Well that is what the cardiologist will have to sort out?"

When to use nebuliser
I take 2 puffs of 250
Seretide
twice a day with a spacer and ventolin as and when needed. But this time of year, with the usual chest infection, on antibiotics and steroids, just wondering if using the nebuliser before bed and/or first thing in the morning might help??

Seretide 250
Hi there - I have just been prescribed
Seretide
250 Accuhaler (use twice daily) by my consultant. I was concerned because it's a steroid inhaler and I have so far only been using Spiriva, so this is a big one for me.

Terrible taste in my mouth after stopping smoking.
I have taken
seretide
and ventolin inhalers for years now. What is worrying me is since packing the fags in , I keep getting a bad taste in my mouth, and I was wondering if that has happened to anyone else on the site? Thank you. Marie.

ventolin and heart rate
It may simply be a combination of my persistent asthma and previous unfitness, and the fact that I am not very tall, so would cover distances less quickly than some in my age group…However, I am wondering whether the pre-exercise ventolin, or the
seretide
also, might affect my heart rate slightly, and
