Nebuliser
What dose of nebuliser are you on , you can have 5mg
salbutamol
& 500 micrograms atrovent Also how much prednisolone? But if you are not responding to the medication, you perhaps need to go to hospital , before you get any worse. Hope things improve xxx

Feeling frustrated
I attended via a 999 ambulance having
Salbutamol
amd Ipratropium and still wheezy when I got there. I appreciate how awful and busy it is but I felt so tight and told them that (just about, still not complete sentences). Also have brittle asthma.

Not sure if you all do this but. When I get up some mornings I have fluid I can't cough up. I use to light a cigaretteto make myself cough. Now, i don't smoke and use my nebulizer. Over years I saw how the albuterol affected me. Shakes, sometimes off balance. One of my V.A. stays I talked to a

Help
I’m on budesonide/formoterol (Symbicort 400/12) two puffs twice a day and
Salbutamol
as a reliever. I have no energy and can’t walk very far. The consultant saw me once and has sent me for physio which is taking a long time as they keep cancelling.

Asthma strikes again
Salbutamol
has controlled the situation. Until a month ago I was feeling really well again. My PF has been jumping around a lot over the last few weeks, sometimes in the green then in the amber.

My consultant has added spiriva respimat in with my fostair (I am also on fexo and montelukast) and I now have a nebuliser for

Please suggest if salbutamol (asthalin) can be given to 4-year old without doctor's prescription for asthma
Everytime doc gives him neb 3-4 times per day, omnacortil thrice a day for 5 days and also asthalin (
salbutamol
). Since yesterday, he has runny nose and occasional cough, which is usually his pre-cursor to an asthma attack. He is on Budecort 100 puff twice a day as usual.

A bluetooth connected digital inhailer has recently recieved approval for marketing.this device will be available next year and will deliver albuterol rescue medication for asthma and copd patients . This inhailer will detect and measure each use , better helping health care professionals monitor usage

Finally seem to be improving.
I am 55 and have been struggling with a yearlong plus flare up that hasn't resolved despite the usual treatment with inhaled steroids (Qvar). A couple of additional things have really helped and perhaps worth considering. FIrst, I went on spiriva. Its a copd med also used for asthma as a long-acting
