Diagnosis Anterior Cutaneous Nerve entrapment syndrome?
Then I had
pulsed
radiofrequency
which had no effect at all. That was a year ago, and now the consultant wants to "treat the abdominal pelvic pain by approaching the hypogastric plexus", but won't do the procedure without a face to face appointment first to get my informed consent.

Treatments for Erythromelalgia
Another option and I presume this would be if the Lignocaine didn't help, is a sympathetic nerve block, using
pulsed
radiofrequency
ablation.

Nerve blocks
I spoke to my consultant about further treatment -
pulsed
radiofrequency
ablation for my inguinal neuropathy - unfortunately it is no longer funded by local NHS trust so either I will have to move to a different hospital where the wait is about 9 months or find a way to raise the £2500 - £3000 required

Pulsed Radiofrequency
Does anyone know a physician doing
pulsed
radiofrequency
in the Los Angeles (or even Western US) area? I'm really interested in trying, since I've had pudendal decompression and a zillion blocks and would like to try something new. Thanks Jeannette
