Masturbating after Prostatectomy- how soon?
I am 54, I had a complete
prostatectomy
for stage two, Gleason’s 7, cancer two weeks ago, the surgery was laparoscopic. My husband and I decided to move slowly back into sex by masturbating.

Is there anyone out there that has or knows someone with stable post-radical prostatectomy non zero ultrasensitive PSA levels?
If post-radical
prostatectomy
non zero ultrasensitive PSA levels are sometimes harmless I hope to be able to find someone that has safely traveled this path.

Questions regarding the when(s), how and where(s) of SRT as my uPSA levels have started to rise post-op RP after 2 years.
I am 60 years old My uPSA was first detectable at 17 months (with b7 vitamin supplements being used) These b7 vitamin supplements were subsequently eliminated with uPSA being detected again at 26 months post-op RP Radical
Prostatectomy
11/19/2015 with Gleason 3+4 at age 56 uPSA test result history

My experience after a full wide-margin, no-nerve-sparing, penis-shortening prostatectomy 19 months ago.
See my replies to men asking to community for advice on anal and penile sex with other men. Good luck and good health for the New Year 2020. Let the good women & men triumph over adversity and wrong thinking. Our Earth is not for burning, not for wanton killing and definitely not for sale.

Seeking Professionals: Sexual Health
I am mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy fourteen months after robotic
prostatectomy
-- and want more guidance on regaining erectile function without the present reliance on pills (sildenafil), vacuum pumps, and primarily injections (Trimix, which is quite effective for me).

Active Surveillance and anxiety
Brother radical
prostatectomy
several years ago. Do other people on Active Surveillance suffer from anxiety leading up to PSA testing and other diagnostic testing. I find I’m very anxious awaiting test results. What do others do to relieve this anxiety? Thanks anyone for your replies.

6 weeks post surgery and I want sex
Only six weeks post radical
prostatectomy
and I had my first dry orgasm, which was great but odd because nothing come out. I was always the top in the relationship, but cannot longer get an erection (hopefully temporary).

High grade prostate cancer: Large Tumor, High Gleason (9), Low PSA. What next?
Doctor suggested performing radical
prostatectomy
within next 2-3 months by keyhole surgery and then following it by radiotherapy treatment.

My first post
My
prostatectomy
is scheduled for this next week but I'm having some unrelated physical/health issues and there's a good chance I'll have to reschedule the surgery. This extra time on my hands has led me to dive a little deeper into researching other potential avenues to deal with this.

Immunosuppressive Cytokines
In a similar study from 2006: "A significant proportion of men undergoing ‘curative’ radical
prostatectomy
(RP) for organ-confined prostate cancer relapse within 5 years. A number of adverse risk factors have been identified, but to date no adjuvant treatment as improved the outlook for these men.

Looking for input from those of you who needed radiation after your radical
prostatectomy
. What type? How many times did you have to go? How often? Anything else you can add will be appreciated. Mike
