Hi I'm going through the menopause , I'm on vendor XL for depression and priadel for bipolar my eating have gone through the roof I just cannot stop eating , is there a menopause diet I could follow , any advice would be appreciated x

At night I take 600mgs prolonged release lithium (priadel) - but have been intrigued by the fact that some bloggers find their insomnia better if they take levo at night - as i sometimes suffer from this I wondered if I could take them both at SAME time but as lithium is not good for thyroids I wonder

didn't feel right so googled Priadel to my horror discovered its a drug used for the management of acute manic or hypomanic episodes.
