Spanning an octave - Sinemet does it again
He prescribed 0.52mg
Pramipexole
morning and evening (ie same dose, but split into 2 sessions a day), and Sinemet 10/100 morning and lunchtime. I wasn't paying attention, or I'd have asked him why not Sinemet 25/100 TDS.

RLS - Pramipexole and CBD oil
My GP put me on
Pramipexole
, to be increase from 1 to 3, as needed. I was ok on 3 tablets for a few weeks but then the symptoms returned with a vengeance. I spoke to my GP who said a I could increase to a maximum 5 tablets, and so my prescription was increased.

Moving form pramipexole to gabapentin
Hi folks, sorry to pick your brains again. After agreeing that I might be augmenting on prami (2 x 0.088mg), my neuro has suggested tapering this off over 2 weeks then starting gaba 300mg and increasing this until effective. Should I take longer to come off the prami and should I start the gaba at the

I have been taking
Pramipexole
for thirty years. Wen I first visited this web site I was taking 6mg per day. The doctor who prescribed that has retired.

Pramipexole
I called my doc and told her about the Cymbalta and she prescribed a new one that is
pramipexole
. I don't know much about this drug and I'm very reluctant to try it. From stuff I've read about it on this site, its a lot like ropinerole if you want to stop taking it. Long time weaning off etc.

Been taking
pramipexole
for a good few years now it's not working at all. I have tried everything over the years, nothing lasts. I have some pregabalin it was given to me wheni had a hip replacement in June. Reading some of your remarks I might give it a go.

RLS getting worse
The consultant recommended
pramipexole
tablets which I am now taking. I take 0.088 mg 3 times a day. They sometimes help and sometimes don’t. My worry is that they are addictive and the doctors seem happy to just increase the doseage if I tell them it’s not working.

Efficacy of methadone for refractory RLS
Fellow RLS sufferers, For a short bio, if you don't mind, you can skip to the second paragraph: I'm in my early 30s. Suffered mild RLS as long as I can remember I (didn't know it was RLS at the time). RLS increased in intensity and frequency during my 20s. It became a nightly thing around the time I

Fired the doc a year ago..here I am today
I'm off
pramipexole
almost a year now!! I take no meds (since a year) and have moved from chronic RLS to mild- moderate. I sleep at night in blocks of 3 and 4 hours. In between I watch light tv on YouTube like Poirot, nothing too exciting! It takes my mind off the restlessness.

Time for a sea change?
Besides, selegiline was more tolerable than bromocriptine (OR = 0.62, CI: 0.39 to 0.98) and
pramipexole
had a higher withdraw rate than levodopa.” I think Prami and Requip should be banned and everyone switched over to Neupro until they can be comfortably withdrawn from even that.

Augmentation on low dose pramipexole?
Hi folks, is it possible to get augmentation if I am only taking 88 to 176mcg per day of
pramipexole
and have only been doing so for about 3 months. It worked well initially but now I'm getting symptoms during the day as well as at night.

BE careful when adding drugs.
Pramipexol: used it for 20 years and was taking 12 tablets .5mg Down to 1 per night. It is the only medicine I take for RLS. At one time I was taking about 4 medicines . It was hell getting off of them. The worst was hemereon. don't know how it is spelled I threw away the container. Be careful when a
