Coke helps - very strange
I take
Pramipexole
and it totally works. But, yesterday, I learned something new. I have never, never had caffeine any time after noon because it makes me jumpy and I don't sleep. (I don't sleep well anyway, so the caffeine meant I didn't sleep at all).

End of my tether with RLS
It was suggested that I tried the Rotigotine patch, which apparently had less problems with augmentation, and wean off the Oxycodone and
Pramipexole
.

I suffered tremendously from RLS for ten years and could only survive with
pramipexole
1.05 mg prolong, a drug that is not approved for RLS in this dose in my country and basically not approved as prolong for RLS at all. Only special doctors were allowed to prescribe it to me as an off-label use.

Can't find my posts and replies
I have had such fantastic advice about RLS and
Pramipexole
but foolishly thought I would be able to find my posts. I didn't realize one has to save them. I need them to show my doctor. In particular replies from Joolseg and Minerva. Is there a way to find them please?

how do i get off pramipexole?
I am taking 6mg of
pramipexole
per day. It is not working as well as it used to. My doctor is suggesting a slow release pad of some sort but he says I must get of at least 3mg of
pramipexole
before I try the patch. This doesn't sound very feasible to me. Any thoughts please

1mg Neupro and augmentation? Advice needed...
Take patch every day at 9am and end up taking .25
pramipexole
late at night, which works well after 2 hours later. Do I move up to the 2mg patch? Any thoughts are welcome. Jim

Thankful for this forum
Unfortunately, I wasn't very educated about RLS at that point and neither was my doctor, because he prescribed me
Pramipexole
. I know now that was a big mistake, but thankfully it was a .25mg dose, and I never went higher than that.

Changing medication from Ropinirole to Pramipexole. How to make it?
For example is the Ropinirole 0,5 mg more or less same as the
Pramipexole
0,088 mg? Originally the first neurolog suggested me Ropinirole 1-2mg, but luckily 0,5 mg has been enough for me. I was fine with the Ropinirole and feel now a bit stressed when I have to change the medicine.

What I have learned from 1 year with Early Onset PD - "Glass Half Full"
Luckily my religious beliefs kick in and remind me that I know I have to do my part but that it is up to Him to decide and hopefully support me. (4)Treatment Here is a summary of the key facts of the treatment of the PD for the first year: •Medication – The year started – from diagnosis with Sifrol (

I'm suffering badly with Pramipexole withdrawal despite help with Temgesic. Any advice please.
I'm sorry I've been off the forum lately but I'm really struggling with coming off
Pramipexole
. I have been reducing the prami by about a quarter of a 0.125/.088 a week and been taking Temgesic since early October. The Temgesic can no longer control the RL so I'm wondering what I can do next.

Starting on Ropinirol
and got really scared when I read about it here. Doesn’t anyone has good experience of Ropinirol? I have been on Pramipexol for many years but it doesn’t work anymore due to the augmentation. Started on Gabapentin a year ago and that has been a really bad experience for me - sooo tired all the time

COVID and RLS
My current treatment regime for dealing with augmentation from
Pramipexole
has been OK but since developing covid nothing works. I have Covid plus symptoms of RLS 24/7 right through my body.

To C/L or not to C/L ?
Dr. suggests Premidone or
Pramipexole
. Any thoughts on either? I am totally ignorant of either one. I can live with my life as is but always looking for answers.

Blood blisters in the mouth and more.
Hi everyone. Hope you are all as well as possible. Does anyone ever get blood blisters in the mouth? I've had a lot of them over the last few months. I'm a little bit worried as I'm getting short of breath at times and I had a leg cramp that was so painful I couldn't weight bear on it for several days

Staying on low dose of Pramipexole
I wrote on here a few weeks ago, about wanting to reduce my
Pramipexole
, then getting no sleep because my uninformed doctor thought I could get down to the very minimum in just 9 days.
