Not asthma
Only things I could find was Wiki article which suggested it would cause hypoxia (my sats are always normal) and ventilation/
perfusion
mismatch (have had VQ scan which was normal), plus something called 'reactive' UAD which is caused by irritants. Sorry for another long post!

Non-classic asthma & unrecognised respiratory condition
The last test is i believe the ventilation/
perfusion
scan. But he spoke to me as though he was sure of the situation. I have loads of questions for my next appt, like will it deteriorate, is it linked to my 'strange, difficult to control' asthma?

Running for health
Over the following weeks I had MRI scans, a heart
perfusion
scan, a few more ECGs and was finally signed off. A big box of tablets, Statins, Beta Blockers, ACE Inhibitors and Calcium Channel blockers came home too.

One hell of a weekend and I need to get this off my chest.
He's referred me for a Myocardial
Perfusion
Scan, where they inject a radioactive substance and scan the heart. When I got home I was still in shock sitting quietly having a cup of tea, then my phone rang.
