Palbociclib

Question is, if Palbociclib is working well on known tumours, can fresh cancerous growth appear elsewhere? I assumed it either works on everything or it stops working and that's when other tumours might pop up! Grateful for any insights!

On ibrance/palbociclib & letrazol. Does anyone else get super tired on the Rest weeks?

Halfway through 2nd cycle of Palbociclib ( 125 Ibrance) and letrozole. Comparatively new treatment in UK. Painful mouth ulcers getting me down, can cope with tiredness. Have tried gargles, rinses, gels, bonjela, anything else?

At the clinic yesterday I was told my cancer markers have gone down....good news...so Palbociclib and letrozole must be doing something. In 2 weeks I start denosumab (prolia) because of bone Mets. This is really frightening me, esp. Jaw risks. How did others find it?

How can WBC count be improved....2 cycle s of palbociclib has been over.....WBC count remains 2200- 2600....

Is anyone having any balance issues?

Has anyone had issues with UTI infections that resulted in hospitalization while taking Palbociclib in the first 6 months? I was in the hospital room for 5 days last week and I’m still really sick. The antibiotics do not seem to be working.

I would like to know if 75mg work as good but I guess that at the moment, being early years of palbociclib (Ibrance) there's not enough data to be 100% sure. All the best

What do you do for fun while on Palbociclib/Imbrance?

Are you able to work full time while taking Palbociclib and Letrozole?
