Rheumatoid Arthritis, or RA, is a type of auto-immune disease where the body's immune system starts attacking its own tissues and joints. It can happen at any age and is one of the most common form of arthritis. Some of the common symptoms are painful and swollen joints, fatigue and weakness. For people living with RA, it is a daily struggle to balance their personal and professional lives with the unpredictability of this painful disease. FieryBones has been created to connect all the RA warriors and caregivers throughout the world on a single platform. Nothing makes us feel better than reading inspirational blogs of how our RA peers are coping with this illness and sharing our story with the community that truly understands!

This community is for anyone affected by the condition, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). It is run by the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) and HealthUnlocked and exists to help you find support and information from other people living with or affected by JIA. This is an independent, patient led, forum so please take time to read our community guidelines which you can read under ‘Pinned Posts’. NRAS are a UK based charity providing support, information, and advocacy for people with juvenile idiopathic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, their families, friends, and carers. Our vision is for everyone with JIA (Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis) and RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) to be able to live their life to the full. NRAS is a UK based charity providing support, information and advocacy for people with rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis, their families, friends and carers.
