Are there options past Pluvicto?
Hi! First, thanks to all of you for sharing and caring for each other in this forum. It means so much, to so many of us! I am on this forum on behalf of my father. He was diagnosed last year, and over the last 15 months he has endured ADT, Zytiga, Docetaxel (6 cycles), Cabazitaxel (four cycles before

Ginseng and Testosterone
Does anyone know of any solid clinical proof that Ginseng does promotes the rise of testosterone and whether it is safe to take whilst being treated for PC. I know whilst on adt it helps with overall fatigue but would that be defeating the object of the pc cells feeding on more produced testosterone,

ADT Hot Flashes
I've been on ADT since Feb, 2023 maintaining everything ok, play Water Polo 4x a week for 2 hours - master water polo team and lift weights - but in the last few weeks the hot flashes are crazy strong. One minute I'm doing great and then 30 seconds later sweating bullets. I work from home thank god,

Dormant or Dead?
I asked my MO early on if ADT kills PC cells or do they simply go dormant? He stated that they go dormant. Since this discussion I have read that ADT starves cancer cells of T and then they die off. So do they die or simply go dormant, or is it a mix of both?

Help! Need feedback on Pluvicto recommendation
Quick recap - asymptomatic hubby was diagnosed with StageIVb last summer. No mutations but was already in soft tissue of brain, lungs and bones. Stereotactic radiation last July took care of two brain tumors. He has responded extremely well to triple therapy (Lupron, Zytiga, and Docetaxal). It took

hypersensitive to T3
Hi there, I had a thyroidectomy years ago and have been on T4 (levo) only for majority of the time, I sourced
NDT
to try get some T3 but found I had high reverse T3. I am now taking 100mcg T4 (levo) and started T3 (liothyronine) but find I am very sensitive to the T3.

Severe cramps and ADT
I have led a very active life running long distance races and long bike rides. So I’m used to getting some moderate leg cramps after a long workout. I’ve been able to minimize them by taking electrolyte drinks. Once I started ADT (Lupron, abiraterone, prednisone), I started getting severe leg cramps

Options for Recurrent PCa w/ RT Initial Therapy
Looking for options with intent to cure if recurrence is limited to prostate only, pending PET-PSMA. Have read about these options: Prostatectomy/Brachytherapy/Cystoprostatectomy/Cryotherapy Anybody have any knowledge or studies that might suggest a direction? Still hoping for the possibility

With my sister in Ireland after labs came back - please help with advice…
She is not on T3 or
NDT
. (I didn’t know about
NDT
until I came on this portal). She only takes cod liver oil as a supplement. She had some blood tests done this week but was not tested for FT3 and FT4 as I requested (or reverse T3). I was told she was in range for her TSH (see below).

Supraphysiological Androgens [SPA] Promote Tumor Suppressive Activity of the AR Through cMYC Repression and Recruitment of the DREAM Complex
New study [1]. I have struggled to understand how Denmeade’s BAT (Bipolar Androgen Therapy) depends on supraphysiological levels of androgen (testosterone = ~2,000 ng/dL), considering that Morgentaler’s saturation model has it that androgen receptors [ARs] have all the testosterone they can use at

Should I have RT, given the possible permanent SEs
I had an RP in 2015, and was clear until diagnosed in Dec 2022 with metastatic Pc, PSA .61. Started Bicalutamide and have had 2 Zoladex injections . PSA is now.01. My OC now wants to start RT with 33 sessions. I want to know if I can avoid RT altogether, because of the damage and side effects that might

Another Cialis Question
I think this is in my profile, but: Gleason 8 (4+4), RP done 5/2022 showed ECE and a positive lymph node. PSA rising by 6 weeks post-op. ADT started 8/2022 and he had radiation 9-11/2022. After some ups and downs with his liver values, he is currently taking Orgovyx, Abiraterone, and Prednisone. PSA

Hi everyone. I'm 48 and last June was diagnosed rare very aggressive stage IV cancer (salivary ducts), spread already to bones and lungs. I hope I can post here questions about ADT since there is not forum for my cancer type (too rare). I got 9 cycles of chemo, and after a break of two months and some

Experimenting with switching over from Levo to NDT, advice appreciated
I am now experimenting with
NDT
and would love to hear from someone with experience. Questions: 1. I was on 100 mcg levo and am now taking 2 grains
NDT
. What is the usual dose one is on? 2. Do you split your
NDT
dose or take all at once in the morning? 3.

OVM 200 clinical trial on TV
https://www.newscientist.com/article/2375922-advancing-immunology-the-future-of-vaccine-innovations/ at 6.25 mins is a bit of info about the trial I volunteered for. The ‘shout out’ is for ovarian cancers so I may not have had an immune response but I have heard nothing formally except last weeks scans

Hi everyone, I attached previous post about my brother. Since then he had one more PSA test which came back at 17! He has CT scan and bone scan, he had some new mets on his bones(spine) and they are suspected to some lymph nodes of chest. Currently he has hormone therapy every 3 months and Nubeqa
