Advice Please On Switching From NDT To Levo & T3 Immediately.
I would be grateful if people who have done this, can let me know if it is OK to switch to T3 and take the same amount in mg as did with the
NDT
. I am changing back to Levothyroxine and starting T3 and want to keep my levels as they were when I felt best whilst on the

ADT and crying
Does anyone else that has been on ADT drugs for years have trouble with tears or crying for no real reason? I tear up anymore at just the thought of something sad. It’s a major pain in the ass, not to mention embarrassing because I am still employed. Wondering if there is a solution other than stopping

Still confused about PSA and Testosterone testing
I have been reading posts here for some time and there seems to be a split between those who only get PSA tests each time they go to their doctors and those that get both tests each time. I had a baseline testosterone test before Lupron and before radiation. I am now doing my 6 month follow up and

Importance of ADT
Are there any good outcomes without using ADT ( hormone therapy)? I delayed it for a couple of years with bad results. My history -- [u]

Thanks and hope to all
No questions …just wanted to thank everyone for all your input and support …especially during the holidays. Had my Christmas radiation treatment yesterday and 7 of 15 linac dose today.. Brachytherapy prior with ADT for the last 7 months. Things seem to be going as smoothly as it sometimes does. Appreciate

Is nmCRPC potentially curable?
I would appreciate any input on this. I searched the internet and found this article from Fred Saad: Treatment of nonmetastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer: focus on second-generation androgen receptor inhibitors https://www.nature.com/articles/s41391-020-00310-3 I couldn't find anything

CBC test anemia: high MCV, MCH, low RBC and leukocytes?
Writing for my partner, who is exhausted and down after 5 months ADT and 28x radiation. Returning home he went for CBC, and it came back high MCV MCH, low RBC and leukocytes. His primary w/0 knowledge of cancer tx says nothing. I'm not content with this, I hate to see my partner so tired and unenthused

happy holidays …. And a quick update
Just a quick note to wish all the warriors here a happy holidays with friends and family. As an update, I’m off all treatments and my psa remains <0.014. I remain grateful for the respite. My last degeralix injection and darolutamide was in May, and the SBRT to my ribs and neck about 2 years ago

Radiation PSA, Orgovyx, Bone density
Rouge clone radiation on 10/31/23 has PSA continuing to drop to 0.85. MO plans to monitor PSA before requesting PSMA scan (insurance) unless it is increasing. Considering switch from Eligard to Orgovyx if PSA looks good in early Feb since Orgovyx apparently has less severe SE and doesn't tie me to

T3 only tiered after breakfast lack of motivation
My vision is worser ..and the symptoms like on
NDT
. Dodctor said that i could make a T3/T4 combination. I think why i should take T4 when it is useless..I want back to T3 only.. But is it possible to develop symptoms after 2,5 years on 75mg t3? I don't know if its hyper or hypo.

ERLEADA brain dead
Hey guys, everyone has been truly helpful on this site I keep posting as I endure my 18-24 months of hormone therapy that I have remaining. The last leg based on the Stampede Trial. I started on Lupron and Zytiga after successful radiation to my lymph node. This was seven years after proton radiation

Once again it's time to help keep Malecare afloat and thriving. Please give.
It's the time of the year when people put aside differences and unite for common causes. Aren't the holiday seasons wonderful? I really don't know who coined the phrase "It's the season of giving," but I do know the words ring true. Much of Malecare's operating budget comes from individual donations

Adding Docetaxel to T3b?
My husband is 63, stage T3b N0M0. His biopsy showed all 12 cores positive with 80%+ cancer, GL 4+5 with
intraductal carcinoma
and original PSA was 12. According to PSMA pet scan 12 months ago, he has additional risk factors such as
ECE, SVI, PNI
, but no other spread. He has completed 39

Brain lesion
anybody here who experienced brain lesions that might be from PCa? Current PSA is 0.025. It’s just confusing that after ADT works to remove all the symptoms including bone pain from bone mets, my dad was diagnosed with brain lesion after an MRI since he had mild stroke symptoms(slurred speech). Does

My PSA tripled in 8 months
I had my RP in Jan 31, 2023, started hormonal therapy from April 17 with Diphereline every 28 days plus one Casodex daily. My PSA went down to 0.005 from May to November. Yesterday I had my blood test again and the report indicated my PSA has jumped to 0.159. I am panic. Can you explain what does
