I’m on multiple meds for
Microvascular
Angina
. Generally I have no chest pain at these times but sometimes my left arm feels quite numb. I never know what to do with regard to whether I need help or not. This happened several times yesterday and today I’m completely fatigued.

Statin Chest Pain
Although not tested cardiologist thinks I have
Microvascular
angina
(but doesn’t seem willing to carry out further investigations to confirm this?!).

Had my first angiogram today!
Basically it was as I thought it would be, the result being my arteries are OK.however, several people on here mentioned
microvascular
or unstable
angina
, and I asked the Consultant if that is what I’ve got.

AF is back after nearly 10 months…
Yesterday evening, the day after my CT angiogram, I had intermittent chest pain which seemed to be related to angina. The GP insisted I go hospital to the AMSDEC (Acute Medical Same Day Emergency Care) ward. On arrival I did a troponin test (which turned out to be normal) and all the usual tests. The

Safe to sauna?
Hi I have
microvascular
angina
which is quite well managed. I’m just trying to get back to swimming and wondered if it would be safe to use the sauna and steam room. I get chest pain when I’m cold so I thought it might help but am to scared to try it out 😬

Diagnosed with stable angina
For the last few weeks I have had intermittent chest pain, sometimes at rest rather than when walking. I went to see a GP yesterday and she insisted that I go to A and E immediately, offering to to call for an ambulance immediately, which I declined. She was concerned about the possibility of unstable

Clear Angiogram but angina symptoms persist
Had the Angiogram 4 weeks later and clear and the cardiologist suggested I may have
microvascular
angina
. I have another appointment with him in December.

Stopping Bisoprolol
I’ve just had an angiogram and my extreme breathlessness after walking up stairs, even slight inclines, is not due to
angina
or even
microvascular
angina
as that was checked too!

Strictly speaking, hypothyroid?
I recently ordered my NHS hospital records. I had reported major symptoms on a number of occasions over the years - eventually diagnosed vasospastic angina (known as coronary artery spasm at the time) - and saw a cardiologist, finally, in

Unexplained symptoms after Heart attack
Cardiologist thought symptoms might be some form of non obstructive coronary disease specifically
microvascular
angina
. He prescribed Ranolazine. Problem is that I don't have the symptoms I associate with angina (chest pain on exertion which goes away on rest or when you use GTN.

Can I ask all of you lovely women suffering from this or maybe suffering from this if any of you suffered extreme hot flushes & insomnia before taking your first event? Also where any of you prescribed Clonidine for hot flushes and Zopliclone for insomnia? I feel for me Menopause maybe the Culprit!
