Feeling very tired
Taking 50 mcg of levothyroxine& 5 mcg of
liothyronine
. Still losing lot of hair, got alopecia Aretera. I take a combo pill of calcium, vitamins D and zinc. Why am I feeling so tired lately? Anyone else feel tired?

Exercise, overtraining, liothyronine and reverse T3
I thought that because I take
liothyronine
now, I can somehow avoid this problem, that the
liothyronine
would help me recover, but I've noticed extreme hunger, fatigue, poor sleep and depressed mood the more exercise I do. I didn't really link it to my exercise or to my thyroid until just now.

T3 (Liothyronine) - how to source?
Helpful advice on here that adding
Liothyronine
to my levothyroxine might mean improved symptoms - I've been down the private endo route before (to trial erfa) and it was pretty expensive and not that helpful/sustainable.

What to expect from T3?
Hoping that some kind soul will give me some insight… My endo prescribed 5mg twice a day of
liothyronine
thybon henning which I am starting on Monday. He said there were no side effects but I’m always dubious. I am also taking 50mg of levo.

Prescriptions for liothyronine post Brexit HELP PLEASE!
After looking through my blood results I’m thinking it’s something I need to try again but how do we go about getting the
liothyronine
(I think last time I was on Thybon Henning if that’s correct?) if we can’t afford the prescription charge here in the UK?

Tiromel source?
After a few years of stability on Tiromel from Turkey I’ve swapped it for
liothyronine
because of the bad batches of Tiromel being sold. Although I’ve halved my dose as
Liothyronine
is very strong, I now have a high heart rate. I’d like to return to Tiromel where I felt well and happy.

Norfolk Thyroid Group - story of some of the people they helped to access liothyronine
"Tracey Buckenham, left, and Tara Riddle of Norfolk Thyroid Group, are delighted that the T3 drug for under-active thyroids has been reintroduced after it was taken off prescription. Well done ladies! https://tinyurl.com/2hjd4uff

T3 monitoring?
GP fairly recently said, when I asked about adjustment to
Liothyronine
"You're on
Liothyronine
? That's very unfortunate!" No further discussion and call ended.

What are Optimal levels for someone on T3 and T4 combination?

Please could someone review this for me...
T3 is
liothyronine
.
Problems getting
on NHS: This article explains this is more detail. You are unlikely to be able to get
liothyronine
on NHS. So do everything I pointed out above, and see how that affects you.

Normal TSH and T4 but low T3 cannot be hypothyroid?
I have been prescribed
Liothyronine
T3 (20mcg per day) for the last 18 months which raised my FT3 from 3.7 to 4.8. I felt better, though not completely well, with less dizziness and brain fog, increased pulse rate from a very low level, reduced cholesterol and BP and no apparent side effects.

Advice regarding latest blood results please.
I did the blood test at 7am prior to eating or drinking anything, it had been 24 hours since my last Levothyroxine dose and 13 hours since my last
Liothyronine
dose.

Deprescribing: is the law on your side?
I fear the context tends rather more towards the case of people on multiple medicines having the prescribing mess sorted - rather than the obvious examples of removing
liothyronine
or even levothyroxine. But the principles are mostly identical.
