TEVA only come in 20 mcg tablets but I take 5 mcg x 2 per day. Can these tablet be split into four? Or into two?

Yes they can. I use a pill cutter. Fiddly to get them into quarters but you just have to accept that that is how it is.

It’s definitely worth buying a pill cutter. They only cost a couple of pounds on Amazon. It’s best to cut just one tablet at a time and then you can use the quarter tablets for 2 days. It’s sometimes hard to get exact quarters, but you will get the ‘full benefit’ in 48 hours if you only split one tablet at a time. I keep my quarters in a sealed container, away from sunlight.

I always snap tablets between my forefingers and thumbs, it works very well (for me) so is worth a try. It doesn't matter if the halves / quarters are not perfect as it will all even out by the end of the day.
