Anyone had a BFP after trying Soy Isoflavones?
Am giving this a try this month, have been ttc for nearly 18months now with no luck. Started taking on day 2 of cycle and stop tomorrow on day 6. I am 39 years old so realise my fertility is lower but I shouldn't have any major problems as I already have one child.

Skin, wrinkles, soy isoflavones and the thyroid!
My main question is this: when I look at supplements for helping skin stay a bit more youthful looking, they seem to all have soya or soy
isoflavones
in them. I keep reading how soya can affect the absorption of thyroid medication, does this include T3?

Natural Remedies for Diabetes
The
isoflavones
contained in them reduce the sugar content in blood and keep the body nourished, while accumulating much fewer calories, when compared to other foods.

Trying migraine preventers, getting all the side effects and no reduction in migraines!
I did try Soya
Isoflavones
for three months and they have been the only thing that have eradicated my migraines completely, but unfortunately only for that three months.

A nice cup of tea and a biscuit?
It’s
Isoflavones
are thought to inhibit enzymes involved in the T3/T4 formation process, therefore best avoided by hypos. However, fermented Soy (as traditionally eaten in Asia) is thought to be okay. Dark chocolate, good for you? Lots of the 70% plus coco content bars have soy lecithin.
