Copd diagnosis 5 years ago now diagnosed with asthma as well
Hi everybody, just reaching out to see if anyone has any information that may be of help to me. I was diagnosed with COPD in 2015 and have been managing fine till this year. I was put on the shielding list as I also have other co morbidities that according to NICE means my COPD is classed as severe.

Retired to Malta
I retired permanently to Malta with my husband in 2018. We know the island well because I inherited 2 flats in St Paul's Bay in 1972. Anyway when I left my cough was bad (I also suffer from Bronchiectasis), waking up every night reliably at 3:00. Every couple of months I seemed to get a bad cold. I

what to do if you forget your emergency inhaler
so it's happened, I got to work 2 hours ago and realized I forgot my inhaler. I never leave the house without one but I was in a rush and it slipped my mind. unfortunately I work on an island and take a ferry to work so going home to get it isn't an option. I already don't feel great, I'm irritable,

New diagnosis, working on getting meds right
I suspect this is likely to be a work-in-progress forever as the goalposts keep moving, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I've been on Qvar 50 2 puffs twice a day since mid-May, and I finally got to actually see the respiratory nurse for the first time since March, and she's increased it to 3 puffs twice

Inhalers that 'treat Covid-19 patients at home' to be rolled out in nationwide trial.
The trial was launched by the University of Southampton and initially only people living within a 40 mile radius, who had tested positive though an official channel, could take part to allow the SNG-001 drug to be administered within 72 hours. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/health/

Mightāve taken inhaler twice help
Hi everyone, after I got out of the shower I couldnāt remembered if I had taken my Symbicort inhaler before my shower. Anyway, I ended up taking it after the shower to be safe. Should I be worried if indeed I did accidentally take 2 doses of symbicort? Thanks

My doctor changed me to the powder inhaler pulmicort turbhaler 200 twice

Ethical Salbutamol Supplier Sought
Iād like to get a spare inhaler for my partner. She is prescribed Salbutamol. In an ideal world the seller would contribute some of the sale proceeds to the work of Asthma Uk Does such a seller exist? If so Iād appreciate their contact details. Thanks

Symptoms but high peak flow
Hiya, I'm still waiting to be diagnosed but due to Covid-19, I haven't been able to meet the asthma nurse again. They think I have allergy induced/seasonal asthma as my main triggers are aerosols, hay-fever and tomatoes (intolerant). They suggested I track my peak flow so they have good evidence when
