Happy Friday all! I hope everyone is coping OK with the heat.

Just a gentle reminder that whilst complementary therapies for asthma (alongside your usual asthma treatment) can be greatly helpful for some, what has worked for you may not work for someone else and could actually trigger their asthma, so be mindful before making any recommendations😊
