Immunotherapy do’s and dont’s
After last year’s
immunotherapy
debacle, my mom tried again yesterday and thankfully tolerated it much better. My question now is; what are your do’s and fonts while on
immunotherapy
? No side effects so far but she’s eating wisely. Can we go to a movie theatre?

ChemoRx vs Lu177
So my options now are to continue with the trial to see if I get a delayed
immunotherapy
response vs switching to another therapy. I guess the most reasonable alternative options at this time are chemo vs Lu177 (or Ac225). Would appreciate anyone’s opinion before I discuss with Dr. Drake.

Chemo and immunotherapy
The worrying bit is that my oncologist wants me to continue on
immunotherapy
and Altima after this current round of four cycles is completed .She is telling that is not such a severe combination anyone doing this and able to tell me if she is right in her predictions .I don't suppose she personally test

Starting Chemo tomorrow
I wanted to talk to an
Immunotherapy
specialist for some option but now they tell me I need to start treatment immediately. I hope I didn't take this W&W too long. Wish me luck

Opportunity for paid interview.
Example: Chemo then a maintenance drug or chemo then
immunotherapy
. I’ve worked with this group a couple times in the past and found them to be discreet and fast payers. Please send me a private message.

Extending the two years on Pembrolizumab
As far as I can see the last posts on the above subject were 8 months ago at which point there was a petition being drawn up and requests made to the RCLCF to take up the fight to get Pembrolizumab
immunotherapy
for lung cancer patients extended beyond two years.

Immunotherapy Stage IV
She qualified for a
immunotherapy
clinical trial and received her first infusion last week. There were some set backs since then, but she seemed to improve last night. Unfortunately, this morning she landed in ER with a possible infection.

Docetaxel - day one
First treatment was abiraterone, second was an
immunotherapy
trial, third was radiotherapy to the Prostate. Today I had a baseline CT scan, PSA currently 50. Treatment went ok, decided to try an icecap, will see how that goes.

Dominant-negative PD1-armored CART cells induce remission in refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients
Background: The chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell treatment has been demonstrated as an effective therapy to relapse/refractory B cell malignancy. However, tumor microenvironment influences and affects CAR T treatment. For example, programmed death ligand 1/2 (PDL1/2) may inhibit the CAR T cells

Scan results
After being treated with
immunotherapy
, the T cells attack areas that there is/was a tumor and it can show up on a scan as concerning. Something I didn’t know existed so I’m doing my research. She is consulting with Ryan’s radiologist and we will get a call today.

***15Months So far so good***
Doc says I will start
immunotherapy
now ( Provenge ) he says I'm at the optimal stage in my treatment that this will benefit me greatly. I'm kind of excited about starting this treatment I know sounds crazy right? But I trust my Doctor and I'm going for it.

Radiation along with chemo and immunotherapy for SCLC. Are toxicity risks too high?
Has anyone undergone/going through chemo+
immunotherapy
+ radiation simultaneously ? Prompt response would be of great help
