CDK 12 mutation and Immunotherapy
I also found an ongoing trial
immunotherapy
trial IMPACT (NCT03570619) which combines other drugs used for
immunotherapy
with CDK12 (ie: Nivolumab and Ipilimumab) Has anyone here in the community had success on either of these trials?

clear cell update
I just finished my second round of
immunotherapy
, which is Opdiva and Yervoy . After one month my CA, 125 dropped from 133 to 53. I’m truly astounded and hope it keeps working on my clear cell tumor. If you’re OVCA is clear cell, you should inquire to your oncologist about this.

Rise in WBC
He will receive his last
immunotherapy
infusion next week. We are beyond grateful. However his blood work taken yesterday showed and increase in his WBC from 14.5 last month to the recent 19.9. All other blood work is normal except for platelets at 147.

Clear Cell Progression
I have also applied to a phase 1
immunotherapy
clinical study that is targeting three diffetent antibodies. That one looks to be cutting edge, but there are no guarantees of effectiveness.Has anyone reading this message been given these types of treatments for clear cell?

Immunotherapy could surprise us: Columbia study about mCRPC patients

Battling two cancers on two fronts, simultaneously
Side issue- extremely dry mouth, probably due to
immunotherapy
(atezoluimab)? Any recommendations are appreciated. Every one have a great weekend and GO 9ers!

Wearing Me Down
I was on
immunotherapy
for 2 years to control the outbreaks but it did not help enough for my quality of life. This has been going on for 7 years and still no concrete diagnosis

Clinical trials?
At the oncology appointment yesterday my husband was given what I believe is an amazing opportunity, he has the option of starting standard care (
immunotherapy
pembrolizumab ) or participating in clinical trials where they will be also adding a second drug for a two pronged approach.

Overcoming anxiety about going out
Since I started on
immunotherapy
in January, I've had a few setbacks. I've had episodes of really bad pain - diverticulitis, I've had to have fluid drained from my lung and around my heart - both made me feel very unwell.

Moving on to Provenge/Sipuleucel-t
The good doc said he's a good candidate for
immunotherapy
at this stage; the point is to boost and tailor his immune system to help fight the cancer and also will retain a decent QOL. So Provenge infusions will begin in a few week's time.

Is this decision right for me
A cystectomy in 01/2023 due to bladder cancer, one year of
immunotherapy
with Opdivo, and back surgery for sciatica in June 2024 in addition, I now a hernia under the stoma. Am I making the right decision? your help is appreciated.

Various chemo and

are helping keep it contained. Has anyone had surgery for removal of a psoas tumor? I’d love to hear from you. Thank you.
