Ibrance

I wanted to know if any of you have successfully returned to hormone therapy alone and for how long (before taxol she tried fulvestrant + ibrance for three years, then afinitor + exemestane, and xeloda. Thank you!

I haven’t posted on here for a while, but wanted to see how long are patients being on Ibrance ? What cycle / years are you up to ? I am keen to understand how generally this is being handled ? thank you all in advance.

Anyone else with creating Ibrance dosing? Thanks!

Newly on Orserdu after Ibrance/Faslodex.

I switched treatment after 4 years on Ibrance and it’s been definitely a major mind adjustment. Herceptin perjeta every 3 weeks and Faslodex every 4. If folks went through H/P curious how long g you were on this treatment.

Did great on Ibrance/Fulvesyrant. But not sure if we are too focused on cancer and missing a possible underlying cause. Anyone?

I have no pain and I have been on Ibrance 125 three weeks on, one week off And Letrozole 25 daily for a year. All good with monthly blood labs, “within normal for me on these meds” , and every 4 months FDG -PET scans show no progression.

Looking for thoughts/experiences……… After almost 8 years on Ibrance my scans show an increase in bony Mets. My doc wants to change me to Piqray and I have been tested and carry the mutation that this med is suppose to respond to.

hi everyone - I recently transitioned from ibrance and exemastane to Faslodex and Perjeta Herceptin injections and now I have a lot of unused and brand new meds that I want to donate.

I have put on 7kg's on my Ibrance/Letrozole treatment despite cutting back on my food intake. I have just returned from a week's walking holiday (Camino) and although we covered over one hundred kms in 6 days with very little to eat other than salads and an energy bar each day I lost no weight.

I found something that works! I used a good quality tea tree oil (Do Terra metaluca) and applied it directly onto the sores before bed. Most were gone in the morning. Hope this helps someone. Much love ladies. ❤️

I am about to start after Ibrance/Faslodex.

Hi all, I was diagnosed June 2021, bones only, ibrance and letrezole for 2 years, then progression to liver, 6 months on paclitaxel then further progression to bones, liver and periteneum. PIC3CA mutation so onc wants to try Alpelisib and fulversant.

Ibrance/Letrizole was my first treatment, for about 6-7 months. Switched Letrizole to Faslodex, due to minimal growth, after two scans. June of 2023, PET scan was devastating. Started Taxol chemo June 2023, for 12 weeks.

Started with Mets to lungs and several lymphnodes after 7 months of injections I was put on ibrance and letrozole for a year when I started to have bone pain and a lot of ht flashes my Dr switched me from letrozole to emestane .

I’ve been on Faslodex, Anastrozole, Ibrance and Verzenio is my 3rd line of treatment. No mutations. I feel like there are many more options out there than just Afinitor. I know many of you are taking different things. What are some of your medications?

I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer ER+ and her2 negative and been on Ibrance and letrozole for since December 2023 though I was diagnosed August 2023. Long story that I mentioned in a previous post. I had a recent biopsy of my upper left lung since I have lung mets.

I have been on Ibrance for nearly 6 years. I feel I am doing well overall but I get very painful muscle cramps. I have experimented with Magnesium Oxide, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/Calcium and Potasium.

redid my biopsy for a second opinion and it was same ,so I underwent 8chemo of Paclitaxel and carboplatin, which was 3weeks regimen from October 2023 to March 2023 ,afterwards a chest CT was done ,it showed there is interval regression and it has left my lungs it metastasized to,so I was placed on ibrance

I didn't start letrozole until November 16th and Ibrance on December 13th. So just two cycles of Ibrance. I had genetic testing and have no mutations at all. I want this combo to work for a long time. And I am on full dose of the Ibrance. I am so happy 😊. I just wanted to say my news.
