Coming off Ibrance and fulvestrant. Not feeling great.
So I am changing meds since I had a progression while on Ibrance and
Fulvestrant
. I am currently on a med break. I guess to get everything out of my system. It’s been a week since last dose of ibrance and a month since my last shot of
Fulvestrant
.

Lumps from fulvestrant shots
I still have lumps from the past 4 months. How do I get them to go away? It is getting harder for the nurse to find a spot to inject and it is painful when she does. Thank you.

Are Watery Eyes A Side Effect??
Hi all - I've been on
fulvestrant
for + 1.5 years and Verzenio for 9 months. About 4 months ago my eyes became very watery. The slightest wind or cold temperature and I'm crying. Sometimes I cry in my car, sitting on the couch, etc. This has been pretty consistent and in both eyes.

Just curious whether anyone on
fulvestrant
has had these or similar side effects, and for over 2 weeks? Thanks! (2 covid tests were negative by the way) Peggy

piqray
I was on Piqray and
Fulvestrant
for two years with MBC with the Piq mutation. A large percentage of us have it, but not all doctors test. I took it after Ibrance and everolimus/exemestane quit working. I wonder why Piqray isn’t included on the drop down list of treatments on this site.

Will Start Xeloda Soon
When Ibrance,
Fulvestrant
, Xgeva stopped working after 6 mos. of treatment, next were 6 weekly (3 on / 1 off) treatments of Taxol 150 mg which I learned today isn’t working. Next up is Xeloda. I am avoiding Piqray as long as I can. Are there any opinions or experiences on what to expect w/ Xeloda?

CBD oil for stiff joints?
It's been over a month now since I started my new regimen Zoladex +
Fulvestrant
and Piqray in October. After two rounds of Zoladex and
Fulvestrant
shots, I feel that my body just aged for 20 more years.

Fulvestrant and Zometa only
In Sep22, I started on monthly
fulvestrant
injections followed in October by round #1 of ribociclib and a Zometa infusion to strengthen the bones. The Zometa will be administered every three months. After my first round of ribociclib in Oct22, my neutrophils were dangerously low.

Anyone heard from Kearnan
On a different topic, I have a rough couple of weeks coming up.....CT scan Wednesday,
fulvestrant
injection Thursday, MRI Friday, bone scan next Monday, port flush and appointment with oncologist next Tuesday. I'm very glad they are checking everything but yikes - anxiety will be through the roof.

Rising ESR1 Mutations During Aromatase Inhibitor and Palbociclib Therapy
[/i]
Patients who switched to
-based therapy had significantly longer median progression-free survival than those who remained on the original treatment. Adverse effects were similar between the treatment groups.

Starting Xeloda soon
Switched to Faslodex and
Fulvestrant
. That course did not work for me at all. Rest of body, free and clear and still free and clear. Medical team determined that I was a good candidate to receive a mastectomy which I did on 2/10. Radiation up next for 6 weeks.

Does anyone have experience with Enhertu? I was HER2 - low in 2019 and my last liver biopsy was HER2 - 0. Planning to start Enhertu next.
Here is what I’ve been on so far: 1)
Fulvestrant
and Fasoldex/Pablociclib for 15 months - stopped due to progression in the bone 2) Piqray/Alpelesib and Letrozole for 1 month - had to stop due to severe rash 3) Afinitor/Everolimus and exemestane for 8 months - stopped due to pneumonitis and progression
