Forceval

I currently take a Forceval capsule (multivitamin & mineral) which contains 30mg of magnesium at lunchtime each day. Is this sufficient?? Right timing?? Would a mg spray be better?? Can they both be used together?? Many thanks

Is levothyroxine compatible with Forceval? The Forceval leaflet says "Take care if suffering from thyroid problems". Can anyone expand on that. Thanks

My husband was told to stop his iron & vitamin capsules (Forceval) 4 months ago. GP said it was contributing to his diarrhea . I got him some iron free vitamins online, as I felt he needed them as such a small appetite & not getting in any great amount.

So back on iron along with all my other D3 B12 injections forceval multivitamins and pain killers so still the waiting game I've to go back for next blood results in a week and bring a urine sample with me 😒

currently take the following medications: 25mcg levothyroxine Cerazette 75 mcg Simvastatin 40mg Ferrous sulphate 200mg - was low so prescribed Calcichew with D3 - 3 day - vit d was low so was prescribed, then tripled then doubled dose Mirtazapine 45mg Paracetamol Naproxen Cyanocobalamin - 50 mcg (B12) Forceval
